Payment information

Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number or bank account details. Stripe collects and protects that information under its own privacy policy.

2. How We Use Your Information

To run your account and process orders
To connect buyers and sellers and let them message each other
To send order updates and important notices about your account
To prevent fraud and keep the site safe
To understand how people use the site so we can improve it
To meet legal and tax requirements

3. Who We Share It With

Buyers and sellers. To complete a sale, the seller sees the buyer's name and shipping address. Your public profile, listings, and reviews are visible to other users.

Service providers. We use outside companies to run the site, process payments, ship orders, and measure traffic. They only receive what they need to do their job. Current providers include Sharetribe (our platform), Stripe (payments), and Google (analytics and advertising).

Legal reasons. We may share information if the law requires it or to protect the rights and safety of our users or our business.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Cookies and Analytics

We use cookies to keep you logged in and to see how visitors use the site through Google Analytics. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not work as well without them.

5. Advertising

6. How Long We Keep Your Information

We keep your information while your account is active. After you close your account, we keep what we need for things like tax records, dispute resolution, and legal requirements, then delete it.
